I am so happy with the TV installation of the pull-out arm for the TV inside my cabinet. I could not be more satisfied. My technician was professional and when he finished there wasn't anything that hadn't been carefully thought through and taken care of. In addition he was a very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous young man. He represented your company very professionally. Very pleased with our installer. I live in an apartment complex so I had to face the unfortunate truth of having my cables outside of the wall. The installer that came brought track molding and hid the cables perfectly again the corner of the wall. looks great thanks. (Posted on 3/9/12)

I noticed many of these reviews are brief and don't explain too much like reviews on Amazon.com and the like, so I thought I'd take a minute to explain my experience with InstallHDTV.com. First off, their online package was very easy to configure and checkout with. All the scheduling details are in the checkout process, incase anyone has confusion with that. I checked their security against comodo SSL and they are heavy duty secure.

After I checked out, my order was almost processed immediately with shipment confirmation of my 3 mounts I ordered. (I ordered 2 swing mounts and 1 tilt mount). The mounts came in about 4 days/normal shipping time without problem.

Let me say that prior to InstallHDTV.com I considered calling a local installer, but I'm glad in the end I didn't. The reason being is that they actually use many installers that are already in the area. I liked the idea of being under Install HD's umbrella with the 2-year warranty. That being said, a few days went by and I received a call from my installer. His name was Garrett and he actually lived less than 20 minutes away from me and talked to me about some restaruants my wife and I could go to being new to the area. (Not important, just thought it was pleasant).

He called to introduce himself and to confirm the date and time I had specified, but also to ask more about the job itself. I felt very satisfied thus far and looked forward to that Saturday when I could get all tvs installed.

Garrett showed up on time at 9:30 AM and got started. Around 12:00PM he had wrapped up the installations and cleaned up and vaccumed. The TV installations all came out great and he went around several times making sure all TVs were level and at a good viewing angle for us.

Install HDTV is my highest recommendation given their professional integrity (Posted on 3/6/12)
