InstallHDTV.com Refund/Return and Cancellation Policy
Customer may return unopened items purchased at InstallHDTV.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. InstallHDTV.com will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of InstallHDTV.com’s error, (i.e. sent wrong mount based on your TV specifications). If an item is returned for any other reason, Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Packages that are refused by carrier will be charged the 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs and may also result in a $65 cancellation fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A credit will be in the same manner as original payment within 14-21 days of receiving the returned item.
Installation appointments that are canceled will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee.
The following items may not be returned after the installation appointment:
- Installation Labor
- Opened or used Mounts
- Opened or used Cables
- Opened or used Power Relocation Kits
