Return Policy Refund/Return and Cancellation Policy


Customer may return unopened items purchased at within 7 days of the original delivery date. will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of’s error, (i.e. sent wrong mount based on your TV specifications). If an item is returned for any other reason, Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Packages that are refused by carrier will be charged the 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs and may also result in a $65 cancellation fee. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A credit will be in the same manner as original payment within 14-21 days of receiving the returned item.

Installation appointments that are canceled will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee.

The following items may not be returned after the installation appointment:

  • Installation Labor
  • Opened or used Mounts
  • Opened or used Cables
  • Opened or used Power Relocation Kits
