What do I need for my installation?

You will need to provide all necessary cables/accessories if you would like our installers to set up your components.

Do I have to use your mount brackets and accessories or can I purchase them?

InstallHDTV.com provides a tilting wall mounting bracket for the Advanced and Premium Installations. If you wish to use your own mount there is an option on each product you may select "Already have mount". The Premium Installations include cl-2 in wall rated HDMI cables. You may purchase more cables buy clicking under Installation accessories in the menu bar.

Do you install TV's over the fireplace?

Absolutely! Submit a contact us ticket on the top right of your screen and include a picture of your installation location.

How do I schedule appointments?

You can schedule appointments by placing an installation order online with our shopping cart, or submit a contact us ticket on the top right of your screen and include a picture of your installation location. A installation specialist will return your inquiry promptly.

Can I schedule an appointment on the weekend?

We install 7 days a week except for major holidays!

How do I reschedule an appointment, and if so, is there a fee?

InstallHDTV.com requires a minimum 24 hour notice to reschedule appointments, if you are unable to give us 24 hours notice we charge a $65 processing fee. If you cancel an order you may also be subject to a $65 fee. To reschedule your appointment, please submit a contact us ticket on the top right of your screen.

How will I know when my order is ready to be serviced?

If the selected installation date is available the customer will be notified immediately.

Who performs InstallHDTV.com installations?

InstallHDTV installers are certified and subject to 7-year background check. InstallHDTV.com installers are also required to have ID on them at all times. Every job is discussed with secured tech. Your project will always look great!

Do I need to prepare anything before the installation?

Please ensure that all necessary equipment, components, and accessories are ready for our installation technicians upon arrival.

Do I need to be present at the time of installation?

The homeowner, renter, or property owner must be on site and must be adult 18 years of age or older for the complete time of installation

Will there be any additional charges?

If an installation requires additional charges InstallHDTV.com technicians are required to present these for your approval prior to starting the work. All work must be paid for in advance via credit card or check attached to work order and include drivers license #.

Am I allowed to tip your installers?

InstallHDTV.com certified technicians will do their best to ensure you are thrilled with your installation and service. Tipping is accepted and up to the discretion of the customer.
